Bills split equally - £150 each.
Includes, council tax (band G), electricity, water, internet, TV licence, bi-weekly cleaner.
Please be aware gas is not included and will need to be paid on a quarterly basis as a variable cost. This can range from anywhere between £40 to £150pp (approx.) depending on the season.
