Gorgeous home with big backyard!

Brand new home in Islington available from first week of Nov. The house itself is beautiful - nice finishes, warm and inviting space, and best of all - a huge big backyard with a BBQ!

The current flatmates are all Kiwi and are friends from New Zealand. There are 4 of us usually, but I am looking to move back to NZ (so looking for a replacement me!). All of the housemates like to travel, cook, explore London and catch up with friends. We are definitely NOT a party house, but we are social, nice people who are looking for someone like-minded to live with. This flat feels very peaceful, so we want someone who is happy to keep the peace and enjoys a bit of their own time too.

We do flat dinners, so one person cooks a night for the whole flat and we typically sit down and eat together, although we let each other get on with our lives if we're not all available for dinner.

The room itself is really nice - it is cosy about 7 square meres, but there is plenty of storage space throughout the house for any overflow items. It would easily fit a queen bed and a wardrobe, but it would not fit a desk or much other furniture. The room comes with its own private bathroom & shower. There is a big window and a heater in the room too, so it is light & bright.

The house is situated in a great location. We are on a relatively quiet part of Cally road, and in close proximity to public transport. We are a 5 min walk to the Picadilly line, and loads of buses.
