Flat on the park in islington

Heya! My current lovely flatmate is moving out so I'm looking to fill her room! I'm 31, working a hybrid job in food sustainability, love spending time outdoors and exploring all London and the UK has to offer. That being said a nice boardgame night with wine and a home cooked meal (I love cooking and have a - struggling - balcony garden) is equally fun for me.

I'm looking for a roommate who also loves getting out and about and has hobbies they're passionate about. In the house, I'd love someone who is clean, kind, and considerate. I think having a clean home keeps a clean mind (there's some sort of saying like that right?).

About the room itself:
You will have a larger than double room with a full ensuite.
There is another shared bathroom in the house which I predominantly use.
The room is not furnished
The living space is semi-furnished but if you have things you want to bring (especially cooking stuff and dishes, the current stuff is my roommates)
There's a locked bike room downstairs.
We live across from a lovely field/ park
Utilities usually come to £290 each which includes water, gas, council tax, internet depending on usage.
