Lovely location with multiple stations nearby:
1. Drayton Park - 3 minute walk
2. Holloway - 6 minute walk
3. Arsenal - 10 minute walk
4. Islington & Highbury - 15 minute walk.
Lots of options for supermarkets - Waitrose, Morrisons, Aldi etc.
Bills including council tax are roughly £150 a month per person

29 year old kiwi male working in finance, I enjoy going to the gym, on walks, travelling, exploring London or just chilling out with a movie / tv series. Have a strong social circle within London but always keen to also be friends with my flatmates!
Current flatmates are moving in with girlfriend/moving out of London in December.
