Hey everybody,

I'm moving back home so will be leaving our lovely apartment in Islington and looking for someone to take my room.

DATES AND PRICE
- move in date is mid-November
- rent is £1250 per month plus bills split evenly between the roommates (about £115 per month), council tax band G
- bond £1428
- the lease is up for renewal May 2026 (the roommates are all friends so is a stable share house)

THE ROOM
- large bedroom on the ground floor of the apartment
- space for a desk and has a double wardrobe with floor-length mirrors
- everybody else has en-suites so the only remaining bathroom is all yours (located on the first floor)
- unfurnished room except desk, desk chair (happy to see you other furniture if required including mattress, bed frame, lamp, fan, heater)

THE APARTMENT
- 3 bedroom apartment spread across 3 levels in the heart of Islington
- the other 2 bedrooms have en-suites so you get a bathroom to yourself
- top floor is open space living/kitchen area with balcony
- communal areas are fully furnished
- location is amazing! Right in the middle of Upper st with lots of coffee shops around as well as an Ottolenghi, Pophams and lots of cute pubs
- 2 overground stations within walking distance (Highbury Islington 10min walk, Angel station 15min walk)

THE HOUSEMATES
- Jess (32 y/o) Aussie lawyer working full time, been here 1.5 years. Loves a good book, a wine and listening to music
- John (37 y/o) works full time in medical devices, Aussie been here for 1.5 years. Loves to cook, have a wine, pub hop and singalong to music
- Nathan (30 y/o) engineer working north, Aussie here for 2 years. Can be found at the gym, cooking or down at the pub with John.

ABOUT YOU
- looking for someone who is ideally a professional working female in their mid-twenties to early thirties, tidy and respectful, enjoys a cute household dinner and a good yap but also values their independence
- no couples, sorry!
