Alice and I are a couple from New Zealand (28 and 27 years old) and we’ve just secured this place so we’re looking for some friendly and social housemates to create an awesome flat vibe!

I am a Medical Engineer and Alice is in Clinical Research. We’ve both just moved over to London and are into music, playing golf, gym and pilates, and are both huge foodies who love to cook and explore new restaurants. A trip to local pub every now and then is always on the cards too. We also love to travel and want to see a new country every month!

This is a 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom penthouse apartment on the top floor of Highbury Stadium’s Southstand Apartments. The spot is so ideal, nestled in the quiet and charming streets of Arsenal, Highbury, only 4 minutes walk to the Arsenal tube station (Piccadilly line). A short walk to Highbury Fields and the stunning Clissold Park. Located within a secure gated community with key fob access. The apartment is gorgeous with panoramic views of London from TWO enormous terraces on both sides of the building.

All rooms have their own bathroom, and up for grabs are one room with an ensuite, as well as one room with its own huge bathroom right across the hall.

The ensuite room is priced at £1750 and opens up onto a really spacious terrace with south facing views of London. Furnished with a bed base and wardrobe, you’ll just have to provide a mattress (we can do an IKEA order shipped to our door).

The room with its own bathroom is huge with floor to ceiling north facing views of London, and its sliding doors back onto the other terrace which spans the entire width of the apartment. The bathroom is also huge and just across the hall, for your exclusive use. The room comes with a large wardrobe, you’ll just have to supply a bed (IKEA order to our door).

The living area is huge and open plan, with large leather furniture and a modern high spec kitchen - two ovens, microwave, induction cooktop, full height fridge, extra wine fridge, coffee maker, dishwasher. The living area can also access both terraces through large floor to ceiling sliding windows, creating an amazing indoor-outdoor flow.

Bills will probably come in at around £130 per person (estimate only) and deposit will be 5 weeks rent.
