Double room in Islington

Hi there! We are three flatmates (one person + a couple) looking for one flatmate to join us from the 1st of December 2025 to live with us in Islington.

About the house:
The house sits in a very quiet green area in Islington, just a 7-minute walk from Canonbury Overground or a 10-minute walk from Highbury and Islington Victoria Tube Station. You can also catch many buses from nearby Essex Road. Multiple options for supermarkets and groceries are at a very short walking distance. You can easily walk to Regents Canal or Clissold Park, which are really close.

The house consists of 3 floors. Entering the house, you pass our beautiful front porch/garden. On the ground floor, there is a fully equipped kitchen and a small living room as well as a small shared toilet. There are also closets where you can store your suitcases or anything else you want. On the 3rd floor, there are two double rooms (one available) and a big shared bathroom. The available room is very cozy and bright and with a nice front-facing view.

The rent for the room is 802.28£ (All the bills + super-fast fiber wifi included). We expect the rent to possibly increase from March 2026.

About us:

We are in our 30s and one of us is working in Finance, the other in the Coffee industry and the third one in Graphic Design & Education. We're all pretty easy-going people, and we are respectful of people's space. We always keep the common areas of the house clean, tidy, and in good condition. We have a weekly cleaning rota among us, responsible for cleaning the shared areas and taking the trash out. Few days, we are working from home, so we are trying to respect each other and keep noise to a minimum during office hours and of course at night. We’re looking for a friendly person close to our age who shares the same values as us.
