SUBLET - large master bedroom

We have a large master bedroom available from the 4th to the 30th of November, in a spacious and beautiful garden flat, located just off Holloway road in Islington. You would have the option to take over a 12 month lease, however the contract will be month to month should you want a shorter stay.

This room, with a large bay window and ample space, is well-suited (and has been occupied by) a couple.

Our garden is delightful, with vegetable and flower patches and outdoor table seating.

You’ll be sharing the home with two young professionals and longtime friends (Louis, 25, M; Esperanza, 26, F).

We’re a very social house, and have put a lot of time into decorating the space. We are often gardening, watching movies, and sharing meals together at home and at the pub. We also enjoy our own space and are more than happy to enjoy our own downtime. We’re organised and are always on top of any needed maintenance and maintaining cleanliness around the house!
