I am looking for somebody to take over my lease for a private student accommodation as I am unenrolling from university. The property is named 'Dinwiddy House', and is a Sanctuary Students accommodation located 5-10 minutes away from King's Cross/ St Pancras. The room is a single ensuite with a shared kitchen. It is roughly a 20 minute walk from university campuses such as UCL and SOAS. The current flatmates are clean and quiet, and the facilities at the accommodation are excellent. This includes bike storage, a common room, and a courtyard, making the accommodation a very sociable place to live. Despite its excellent location, this flat does not encounter unreasonable noise. The room comes fully furnished with a bed, a wardrobe, a four-shelf storage unit, a set of 3 drawers, a large desk, a desk chair, and a large display board.

The rent per week is £237.82, but as I am eager to find somebody to take over my contract, I am willing to contribute £50 per week, lowering the cost to £187.82 per week for a flat in a prime location.
