we’ve got a spare room in our 3 bed flat in shoreditch/hoxton!🏡

move in date: 22 November (flexible)
rent: £1,000 + bills

flat has a lovely living room, kitchen and a small outside space on the ground floor. we’ve got 6 chairs so it’s perfect for having a nice catch up outside while the evenings are still light🌤

the room is a spacious double bedroom with bed/bedside table/chest of drawers and wardrobe. could also deffo fit a desk if you wfh but you would need to provide. it’s very chill so you can put things on the walls/make it feel super homely

location is super central, 5 mins walk from old street station and 10 mins into the centre of shoreditch. there’s loads of great pubs nearby (personal favourite rn is the george and vulture they do 2 for 1 pizzas on mondays!) 🍕

It’s also lovely on the weekends, only a 5 min walk from the canal where you can walk (or run if you’re in your running era) to angel or broadway market/london fields or victoria park.

you’d be living with myself (26) and my friend georgia (26) who I met on spareroom too. we’d love someone social who we can be friends with and try out all the local hotspots🥂
