A large double room, in a spacious and beautiful garden flat, 1 minute walk from the Piccadilly Line just off Holloway Road. Ideal for a couple.

This bright room, with a large bay window and ample space, is well-suited (and has been occupied by) a couple - we’re happy with singles too.

Our garden is delightful, with vegetable and flower patches and table seating.

You’ll be sharing the home with two young professionals and longtime friends. Esperanza (26, F) works in global health and Louis (25, M) works in fancy retail (and he brings home the cheeses to show for it!) Esperanza is a former biologist and Louis is a former historian.

We’re a very social house, enjoying gardening, watching movies, and having dinner together. We view our flat as a home and we’re looking for people we can become friends with!

We’re both quite outdoorsy and enjoy art and literature, especially over a glass of wine :) We are organised and share responsibilities to keep on top of maintenance and cleanliness around the house.
