September room Sublet in Finsbury Park

Hello! I am subletting my room for the full month of September while I work remotely. The room is in a spacious, light-filled, 2-story top-floor apartment just a stone's throw from Arsenal Stadium and a 10-minute walk to Finsbury Park Station.

The Room & Flat:
You will be staying in Miles’s room, which comes fully furnished with a double bed, desk, and plenty of natural light.

The flat is split over two levels:

Downstairs: Bedrooms and shared bathroom.
Upstairs: Open-plan kitchen and living room, plus a sunny balcony.

It’s a lovely, well-lit, and cozy space. We love our home and take pride in keeping it clean, tidy, and welcoming.

The Vibe & Flatmates:
The flat suits someone social who also has their own local routine and interests. We get on brilliantly as a household and want someone who fits the vibe. We are kind, respectful, left-wing, and value a clean, considerate living space.

You’ll be sharing with:
Milo: Works as a documentary filmmaker. Enjoys the gym, Italian cooking, and traveling.
Lucy: Works in journalism. Enjoys running, reading, and jungle music.

Rent & Dates
Availability: 1st September – 30th September
Total Cost: £810 for the month (£690 rent + £120 all bills included: council tax, Wi-Fi, water, gas/electricity)
Deposit: £100 refundable security deposit

Transport:
Tube: Finsbury Park (10-min walk) – Victoria & Piccadilly lines
Buses: Direct routes into Central London, Camden, and Hackney from Berriman Road / Seven Sisters Road
