My current flatmate is moving out and I'm looking for someone to take over her lease from the 24th of December 2025.
The apartment is a modern building with 24 concierge and lifts. It is on Wharf road but the apartment faces the canal, so it is very serene and quiet!
I work in tech and am in the office 5 days a week. I enjoy spending some time at home on the weekends, but also an occasional glass of wine and socialising.
