After 3 lovely years living here, I’m moving in with my boyfriend and looking for someone to take my room.

My room is bright and spacious, it comes furnished with a king sized bed, 2 wardrobes and a large shelving unit.
You will be sharing with 3 others: 1 girl and 2 guys who are all working professionals and all get on really well.
We are looking for a fourth (female) housemate who is sociable, easy going, tidy and is looking for a home not just a room to rent.
The flat is a mansion conversion that is split across two levels. The flat consists of: 4 bedrooms; 2 bathrooms (both with showers); very large living area; large modern kitchen with a dishwasher, tumble-dryer, washing machine, double oven, large fridge-freezer; shared garden; fiber-optic broadband and resident street parking. The flat has double glazed windows throughout.
We are close to Tufnell Park, Kentish Town, Caledonian Road & Holloway Road tubes, as well as loads of buses that get you into central in under twenty minutes. The flat is also walking distance to Hampstead Heath.
We have a communal garden that we share with the flats downstairs, great for BBQs in the summer.
The flat is nice and chilled during the week. We are clean, tidy and very sociable.
We pay £880 a month in total to cover bills and rent, deposit is £1050. We also have Virgin TV.
