We’re looking for a new flatmate to join our beautiful home in Clerkenwell — a 10 minute walk from Angel, under 20 from Farringdon.
The room is a double room (furnished with a bed, wardrobe, and a chest of drawers) with its own separate bathroom, and the flat has a bright and open living space that leads out to a balcony with a view.
Rent is £1,350/month, and bills come out to around £150/month in addition.
There are three of us living here (two of us share a room), friends who enjoy hanging out for occasional dinners and drinks - in the house you may hear us geeking out on kitchenware, gushing over Zohran Mamdani, or reviewing new restaurants.
We’re looking for someone mature, clean, considerate, self-aware, and easy to get along with.
