Big Double Room – 2 mins from Arsenal Station

Hey! I’m moving out to live with my partner, so I’m looking for someone to take my room in our lovely flat. You’ll be living with my two friends from school - they’re both really friendly (we're all Welsh), easy-going and make the flat feel like home.

The location is very ideal:

- 2 min walk to Arsenal station
- 10 min walk to Finsbury Park station
- 17 min walk to Holloway Road station
- 20 min walk to Highbury & Islington station

There are loads of nice parks nearby but still close to everything you need - there’s a Tesco Express at the end of the road, plus a few pubs nearby. The flat itself also stays warm in winter which is great. Our council tax band is D.

You’ll be sharing with:

- One housemate doing a PhD in Educational Psychology
- Another who is Head of Sustainability at a construction company

They’re both clean, considerate and really easy to get along with.
