Hello! We're looking for someone to take a great double room in our 3-bed penthouse apartment in Highbury/Islington.

Flat - Top floor and has a large living / kitchen combo area with loads of natural light and its own private balcony with stunning views of the London skyline. Kitchen & living - fully equipped and we have an espresso machine for coffee. There is keycard access to the building and an elevator.

Flatmates - You'll be sharing with one kiwi guys (working in tech) and one Norwegian girl (working in finance). Both are social and love travelling, work in the office and at home but have desks in our rooms. We'd prefer someone who is a like-minded working professional, clean & tidy, and between the ages of 26 and 34.

The Room - Double room that shares a large bathroom with one other flatmate (m). The third flatmate has their own ensuite. The room comes mostly furnished (bed base, wardrobe, drawers), with the option to buy items from the leaving flatmate (mattress, bedside table, mirror, etc).

The location - less than 5 min walk to Caledonian Road & Barnsbury for the Overground and 5-10 mins walk for Caledonian Road for Piccadilly line. Supermarkets, gyms, tennis courts, cafes, pubs etc are all within 5 minute walk.

Rent: £1050 per month (N. B. This will be increasing to £1150 in the next month or so once a rent increase takes effect)
Bills: Approximately £165 per month (including council tax).
Deposit: £1,270
One-off payment: £150 to buy into the flat furniture (this is paid out when there's a change of tenants)
Building: The flat is part of a quiet apartment complex with respectful households
