Our roommate Ben is moving out at the end of the month, so we’re looking for someone to take his place in our Old Street flat.
The flat is in an amazing spot – about 5 minutes’ walk to Old Street Station and 10 minutes to Angel. It backs onto a quiet canal, part of a secure complex with a weekday concierge (7am–3pm).
The apartment has a spacious living area, a nice patio, and garage access if needed.
The available bedroom is very small, it can only fit a double bed and a wardrobe, please know this before arranging an inspection if possible. If you’d like some more photos I can provide! The person with the small room has sole use of the main larger bathroom (we have an ensuite).
