THE FLAT

🚇 Holloway Road Station is an 8-min walk away, Highbury & Islington is about 15, and there are loads of bus connections right outside the flat.

🌱It’s been a flat-share for over 10 years now, so it’s had a lot of love poured into it over the years, and the décor, plant life and general atmosphere really reflect this.

We deal with the landlord directly and communication has always been smooth.

THE ROOM

Bright and decently sized. It will come with a double bed, wardrobe, and a few chests of drawers. Desk + chair available to buy for a few quid. The landlord is very happy to have you repaint and (reasonably) redecorate — this room has been on many colour journeys throughout the years.

THE PEOPLE

You’ll be living with four fabulous folks:
Vic (34) works in tech and loves baking, traveling, and venturing to wine bars
Wade (36) is a UX designer who can be found playing and watching sport (when he’s not out at an excellent gig)
Cree (32) is a ceramicist and a wicked chef
Chris (28) is a fire investigator and a massive foodie

Everyone is very friendly, tidy, and committed to keeping the flat beautiful and cheerful. We all have our own things going, but when we’re around we love to share a meal, a film, or an evening chat over tea (we also occasionally throw a great rooftop party).

This place would suit someone who is sociable, conscientious, and wants to contribute to the communal, warm, and creative spirit of this place! We’re looking for someone who wants to make the flat a home and is happy to stay awhile.

We're looking for a solo professional, working full time, aged 28+ (no couples or students, sorry!)

£908 p/m + Bills + deposit.
