Safe and super cute 2 bedroom flat right in the heart of Islington (between Angel, Canonbury & De Beauvoir, N18ND), just across the street from Essex Road Station (and short walk to Angel and Highbury & Islington stations). We’re on the first floor, so no endless stairs to climb. The flat has a huge living area that opens out onto a terrace overlooking the courtyard and trees. The court itself is leafy and green, with benches and common areas that give it a cosy feel. The living room has a TV that's got all your streaming needs covered (Netflix, etc.) and a WFH station too. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials - washing machine, dishwasher, etc.

About Me:
I'm Julian – 31, project consultant for a fintech company. I love travel, spending time with friends and passionate about music (go to heaps of gigs!). That said, I really appreciate downtime as well and having a nice peaceful space to call home, one that's tidy and easy on the eye.

Your Room:
Your room is a big double room with lots of wardrobe space and large windows that bring in heaps of natural light. You have a queen sized bed and your own off-suite, it's massive!

About You:
I’m looking for a laid-back, sociable but considerate flatmate - someone who's clean, respectful and genuinely contributes to the household.

Need to be employed full-time outside the home (no fully remote workers, 2 days WFH max). Also prefer that you've established yourself in London (been living here for over a year) and have your own household essentials (clothes rack, bedding, etc.).

Summary:
Rent: £1,600/month
Bills (per person): £170/month base (includes wifi, council tax) + utilities cost (dependent on usage, roughly £50 a month)
Deposit: £1600
Available from early Dec
Short Term lets considered if it's the right fit.
Lease ends April 2026 (potential to renew).
