The flat has a huge living area that opens out onto a terrace overlooking the courtyard and trees. The court itself is leafy and green, with benches and common areas that give it a cosy feel. The living room has a TV that's got all your streaming needs covered (Netflix, etc.) and a WFH station too. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials - washing machine, dishwasher, etc. You’ll be sharing the flat with a 32-year-old tech consultant. He's super friendly, easy-going, always up for a chat or a beer, but also respectful of space and downtime.

Your room is a big double room with lots of wardrobe space and large windows that bring in heaps of natural light. You have a queen sized bed and your own off-suite.

About You:
I’m looking for a laid-back, sociable but considerate flatmate - someone clean, respectful, and employed full-time outside the home (no fully remote workers, 2 days WFH max). This isn’t a party flat, so if you're after somewhere chilled and tidy, we’ll get on great.
