I’m looking for a considerate and tidy flatmate to take over the room of Jane, a lovely artist I’ve had the pleasure of living with. Sadly, she is moving out of London, and you would be replacing her in this beautifully furnished 2 bed, 2 bath flat in a quiet, well-connected North London neighbourhood.

A bit about me: I’m a 32 year old EFL teacher, completing my Master’s in Educational Leadership alongside . In my free time, I enjoy reading, writing, traveling and hiking. I love making our flat feel cozy, welcoming, and like a real home. I’m looking for someone who will treat the space with care, keep the flat extremely tidy, do their dishes, and be respectful of each other’s privacy.
At the same time, I enjoy a warm, friendly atmosphere. Whether it’s watching a movie together, or chatting in the kitchen, I value a flatmate who is courteous, thoughtful, and mindful of shared spaces.

The flat is filled with the owner’s personal belongings, so it’s very important that whoever moves in is respectful of the space and everything in it.
