Double room in perfectly located Highbury flat

I’m looking for someone to take over my room in our beautiful 3-bed Highbury flat in early January, as I’ll be moving in with my boyfriend. I’m flexible on the timing, but would prefer for a move out/move in date around early- to mid-January.

The flat couldn’t be more conveniently located just a 70-second walk (yes, we have timed it) from Highbury & Islington station, across the street from Highbury Fields and Highbury Leisure Centre, and adjacent to various great restaurants and wine bars, multiple grocery stores, and other shops. (Trullo and Yield Wine Bar are next door!)

I’ve lived in this flat for more than a year and have really enjoyed it. You would be joining my two lovely flatmates: Shannon (age 25, British, works at Deloitte) and Vera (age 28, American, works as an occupational therapist).

The room is on the upper floor of the flat and is £1,200 pcm. It comes fully furnished with a bed, dresser, desk, clothes rack, and vanity stand. The flat is also fully furnished, though there is additional space if you have some of your own items. The common space and kitchen get a great amount of natural light. The flat has two floors (2 bedrooms upstairs and one downstairs), two bathrooms, and plenty of storage space throughout.

Shannon and Vera both work full-time and enjoy running and yoga, exploring all that London has to offer, and cosy weekday nights in the wintertime. They’re looking for someone with a similar vibe, who is tidy, fairly easygoing, and keen for the occasional chat or glass of wine, etc.

You would be applying to sign on for the remainder of the lease (through 7th June 2026), so please note that you will need to prove your income and right to rent in the UK.
