You’d be living with me, a 29 year old (friendly landlord) who has just started working at imperial college. I enjoy climbing, reading and hiking and am looking for a lodger who wants to be in a clean, friendly, sociable household!

The apartment is in a safe, quiet block of flats on Essex Road (on the 2nd floor), very well located as it is 17min walk to Highbury and Islington, 5 minutes to Essex Road train station, 12 minute walk to Angel station. Almost opposite is the North Church Road bus stop serving lines 341 (to Waterloo), 38 (to Victoria), 476 (to Angel), 56 (to st Bartholemews hospital) and 73(to Oxford Circus). There are lots of coffee shops, restaurants and clothing stores nearby and a Tesco express right below the apartment.

The rent includes all bills, access to a bike shed, washer/dryer, dishwasher, a beautiful, well kept shared garden, high speed fibre internet and Apple TV streaming box. The room furniture is brand new- bed, mattress, pillows, duvet, desk, wardrobe and desk lamp.
