Hi! I’m looking for a gal or boy in their mid to late 20s to early 30s to move into my 3-bed place on Holloway Rd. I am relocating, so my large furnished room will be available from 12 January 2026.

I’m hoping to find someone to take over from 12th January (Lease is up in October and can be renewed)

💵 Bills are around £90 per month

🏡 Bedroom (Separate bathroom) - £1,000 + bills - The room is furnished with a double bed, 2x bedside table, wardrobe and the mirror on the wall (this is bedroom 3 on the floorplan)

🪴The house is spread across one floor, with a large, open living/dining room, and decent sized terrace with 3 full sized bathrooms.

- Holloway tube station (Piccadilly line) is a 10-15 minute walk away and Finsbury Park station 15 minutes walk.
- There is a bus which goes to London Bridge, central London and Shoreditch outside the main gate.
- It roughly takes just over an hour to get to Gatwick and Stansted, which is ideal if you like to travel

✨A bit about the housemates! You'll be living with Bradley and Lauren, both in their mid twenties. Lauren works as a store manager and precurement and Bradley is in BD/Marketing. They are mainly in the office every day.

✨ We’ve really made the house feel like a home, and we’re hoping to find a housemate who would like to be part of that - someone who enjoys being friends with the people they live with. We enjoy a chat, going to the pub and a having a drink or two after work. Looking for someone after a similar vibe.
