Double room to rent in maisonette flat on the third floor.
You will have the whole loft space to yourself with a staircase separating you from the rest of the living space.
There is a shared bathroom and open plan kitchen living space.

Looking for someone who is clean, tidy and considerate.
(And ideally someone who doesn't work from home every day!).

I am a live in landlord, working as a doctor and so am out of the house Monday-Friday and occasionally work weekends and evening. I like to relax in the living space on weeknights and am usually out and about most of the weekend seeing friends etc.

Room is furnished with a double bed, bedside table, chest of drawers and clothes rail. Kitchen is well equipped and so you wouldn't need to bring any kitchen stuff with you.
