Spacious Double Room

Hi there, I will be leaving the country in February and looking for someone to take over my current agreement(which is until March) and extend your stay further if you like it. I've lived in the property for 3 years and have enjoyed my stay very much. You have a playground right I front of the flat and lovely neighbours, from top to bottom of the building. Its a very quiet and nice neighbourhood, with great connections to transport nearby. There are a few things, as far as furniture and housemate items that I can leave at the property for a very low price, if you're interested.
