10-12 mins walk to Highbury & Islington station (Victoria, Mildmay, Windrush lines)

About me -
I am a finance professional at a bank in Canary wharf, wfh 1/2 days a week;
originally from India, lived in few countries Singapore, Kuwait, Philippines, calling London home for 4+ years now;
into tennis, pilates, 5/10k off lately, love traveling and exploring
happy to share a drink/odd dinner but also appreciate space and privacy (ambivert :))

The flat -
2.5 floor tidy, spacious and bright two bedroom flat in a converted victorian house (high ceiling and large windows) with living room, fully-equipped kitchen, and bathroom.
Bedroom comes with a double bed, built-in wardrobes, wall shelves, and your own fireplace.
Bills around £200-220 each per month (council tax, wifi, cleaner, gas, electricity, thames water)
