Sunny Double Room in Islington

We live in a spacious 2 bed 1 bath flat in Islington, just near Essex Road Station and about a 15 min walk from both Angel, and Highbury & Islington. We're looking for someone to fill the spare room. We intend on staying until end of July 2026 after which you might be able extend by further agreement with the landlord. The house is fully furnished and the room itself has a double bed, side table and a small built in cupboard. The house is sunny and comfortable, fully equipped including a big tv with great sound system for movies.

The room is £1,400pcm bills included (rent, tax, elec, water, internet, streaming subscriptions).

We are an Aussie / South African couple in our early thirties, working professionals who keep a chilled / quiet house during the week and enjoy a few beers on the weekends. Looking for a friendly housemate who is sociable and tidy.
