En-suite Room Available in Friendly 2-Bed Flat – Holloway Road (From 3rd February)

I’m moving out of my lovely house share with my best friend to move in with my partner, so we’re looking for a female to replace me on the lease from 3rd February.

The room is a bright en-suite double with two large windows and plenty of storage space. It comes furnished with a bed. The flat also has a spacious, light-filled living room, ideal for relaxing after work.

The rent is £1,163 per month, plus bills (council tax, electricity, water and WiFi).

The location is very convenient—just 500m from Holloway Road tube station (Piccadilly Line) and close to Waitrose, Morrisons, Lidl, and many other local shops and amenities.

Who we’re looking for:
Someone clean and considerate, ideally a non-smoker, and preferably not working fully from home. We’re keen to keep the flat a calm, comfortable home rather than a party flat, so this would suit someone who enjoys a quiet living environment and is respectful of shared spaces.

Who you’d be living with:
You’d be sharing with Laura (31), who works at a London university and is in the office three days a week. She’s tidy, quiet, doesn’t smoke, and is vegetarian. In her free time she enjoys reading, visiting coffee shops, and going to gigs. She’d love to live with someone she can genuinely connect with and feel at home with.
