Islington double w lots of light, garden

Hi! I live in a 2 bed maisonette in Islington, close to Essex Road station. I'm looking for a flatmate to take on a double room. All bills are included. The flat is approx 13 minutes walk from Highbury & Islington station and 15 minutes from Angel station. The canal is a 10-minute walk away. I love the area and there's plenty within walking distance, including many supermarkets, restaurants, pubs and lots of great bakeries (Pophams, Sourdough Sofia, Trade and Jolene).

There's a lot of communal space incl a kitchen, dining area and living room and garden. (The garden isn't perfectly maintained, but a gardener visits occasionally.) The flat is fully furnished, (with everything you need in the kitchen). A standing desk in the bedroom is optional. You have a built in wardrobe. There's no TV but I have a projector. The room has leafy views and a small fire escape off the bedroom that can be used like a narrow balcony.

The property is on a small close, off from a main road. Parking is not available. The previous flatmate lived here for three years and has moved out after buying a flat, so I'm looking for someone to take over the room. You'd probably have the place to yourself over the summer, as I travel a lot. Move in date is flexible. I'd consider short-term stays, subject to a higher rental price.
