Sunny Islington Double Room for 2 month sublet

Hiya! I have a fully furnished double bedroom up for grabs for 2 months in a 3 bedroom flat in Islington because I am sadly moving back to Australia. I absolutely LOVE my room and my flatmates so am super sad to go.

Flatmates are both Aussies who work fulltime in Central London, they are super welcoming, hilarious, friendly and easy-going. They are always down to grab a coffee together but also easygoing and will respect your space. The area is so convenient with loads of great parks, cafes and restaurants, and I’ve found it to be really safe even late at night. Our landlord is AMAZING, she is so reasonable and responsive and kind (second mother for real and always gives us goodies around Easter and Christmas). 3 bedrooms & 1 HUGE bathroom (layout attached)
The flat is furnished with TV, all kitchen utensils + condiments, dining table + chairs, couch
There is a washer/dryer in the kitchen and a small outdoor area (good for storing bikes etc.)

THE ROOM
Double bedroom on the ground floor (3.7m x 2.7m)
Bed frame and mattress included + 2 sets of drawers and 2 cupboards
Space for a long desk for WFH set up or study
I have a few furniture pieces like 2 lamps, chair, desk so if you need any of this, happy to sell to you for a cheap price!
Really well-lit, gets LOADS of sunlight in the morning and afternoon

Located in Islington/Barnsbury area - plenty of great cafes (Jolene, Pophams, Sourdough Sophia), bars (Goodbye Horses, Pig & Butcher, Little Bat) and restaurants (Trullo, Afghan Kitchen)

7 min walk to Highbury Fields
2 min walk to multiple bus stops with lines into Central London
15 minute walk to Angel Station for groceries (M&S, Tesco, Asian grocers, Sainsburys)
