Double bedroom (feb-july + possible extension)

As I’m moving out of the country, I’m looking for someone to take over my double room in our bright and cosy 2-bed, 1-bath flat, available from around 1st February.

The flat is located just a 5-minute walk from Highbury & Islington and Canonbury stations, with several bus stops right outside the front door. Some of the best pubs in the area are also within walking distance, and there’s a very friendly off-licence downstairs, which is incredibly convenient.

Term: 1st February – 1st July (end of the current lease, with the possibility to extend)
Rent: £1,200 pcm
Bills: approx. £150 pcm
Room: available furnished or unfurnished

You’ll be living with Sara (28), a close friend and a genuinely lovely, reliable flatmate. She works in international economic policy and is into photography, music, film, and the arts. She enjoys long chats, spending time with friends, and being out and about, while also appreciating a calm and comfortable home.

In a flatmate, she values someone who is clean, respectful, considerate with shared spaces, and communicative, and who brings a relaxed, positive energy to the flat. We’ve put a lot of time and care into making this flat feel like a true home, so it would be great to find someone who enjoys contributing to that same warm, welcoming atmosphere.

Ideally a young to mid-career professional and female only.
