- I am sadly leaving this wonderful house at the end of February and am looking for someone to take over my tenancy from 01/03/26 onward. I am happy to organise viewings on facetime and in-person, also.

- All en-suite rooms (comes with double bed, bedside table, desk, chair, chest of drawers, and wardrobe), your room is facing the back garden on the 2nd floor (lots of light and quiet)
- Wooden flooring throughout
- High quality finish throughout, modern, clean
- Spacious garden with new garden furniture, BBQ, and fire pit
- Maintenance team to sort any issues very promptly and landlord is a gem - he is easily accessible and will quickly sort out any issues you have

The area:
- Great transport links around 5-15 mins to 7 multiple stations (Caledonian Road,
Holloway, Finsbury Park, Tufnell Park) and excellent bus links (chamers road bus stop is 1 minute walk away)
- Around the corner from the Waitrose & Lidl on Holloway Road
- Lots of gyms close by
- Authentic restaurants and markets very near
- Very accessible to Hampstead Heath, Camden, and Finsbury Park
- It's felt very safe since I've been here, and there is not much foot traffic on our road

The people:
- You'll be join 5 other wonderful housemates, all professionals and from fantastic countries
- Everyone is very friendly and easy going, you can socialise and equally enjoy your own space
- Everyone is a working professional and is courteous with sapce and noise
- We have had summer BBQs together and winter dessert and wine nights
