Bright double room available in a ground-floor 2-bed flat with a spacious shared living room, large kitchen and a private backyard (BBQ + shed). The flat is in a lovely, quiet spot in Barnsbury - a short walk to Angel, Highbury, Caledonian Road and King’s Cross, and close to The Albion.

Available from 14 January for 1–6 months.

The room has excellent storage (large wardrobe with lots of hanging space) and a desk + chair. It’s best suited to someone who isn’t working from home full-time (occasional WFH is totally fine).

You’d be living with a friendly couple in our early 30s. One of us works from home around 3 days a week, and the other is usually out at the office. We both travel a lot - one of us is often out of the country for weeks (sometimes months) at a time - so the flat setup varies: sometimes it’s all three of us, sometimes just two, and sometimes you’d have the place to yourself.

Because of that, we’re open to a flexible rent arrangement that reflects the reality of the household and our coming-and-going lifestyle (happy to discuss what feels fair). We’re looking for someone trustworthy, tidy and respectful. It’s a calm, well-looked-after home, not a party flat.
