My double bedroom, en-suite room with a juliette balcony overlooking the garden is available to rent from 30 January.

It is in a flatshare with two lovely girls who I am sad to be leaving! They are both professionals and work in the office 4/5 days a week, are very social as well as clean & tidy, respectful of your space, and have really made the house a home.

The room itself is a large double bedroom, fully furnished with a bed, chest of drawers, wardrobe, and I have an antique desk which I will not be taking with me that you can buy if you like too.

The flat has a garden which is great in summer and is in an amazing location - 5 minute walk from Highbury and Islington station, Upper Street, Highbury Fields, and Caledonian Road.

Rent is 1133 per month and bills are not included. WiFi is £10, electricity is around £85 (we're on a flexible tariff so it goes up a lot in winter and is very cheap in summer), council tax is around £70.
