It’s a two bedroom, one bathroom apartment with east and west facing windows which means the flat is drenched in light all day. Separate lounge and kitchen as well as a large storage room. Washer/dryer/dishwasher.

My housemate Elly is a young professional, loves to travel (and the pub!), great for a mid-week night Netflix sesh and spends plenty of time outdoors on the weekends.

We’re looking for another young professional in their late 20’s, early 30’s with good vibes to share our lovely pad and stellar location with after I move out end of Jan/ early Feb - so the sooner you can move in the better!

Available as a sublet until 31st July, with the option to extend and join the full lease afterwards.

Prerequisites; fun time, chilled, clean and tidy, respectful, impartial to a cheeky glass of red and a shared dinner.

Need not apply if; looking for massive party house (although we love a good time), sloppy with housework, hermit tendencies or negative vibes.
