Double room available in 2-bed flat share in Islington.

The flat is on a very quiet residential road, and located in a converted town house with great views out the back, and prime people watching opportunities from the front! There is a communal garden for the house, and our flat has an INCREDIBLE roof terrace which is a blessing in the hot London summers.

There is space in the garden to also store a bike if required. The lounge is a good size with a separate kitchen having all the mod cons - including a new dishwasher and an espresso machine.

This room has a great view out the front, and is fitted with a double bed, desk, wardrobe, chest of drawers, a standalone bookshelf and a full length mirror.

The flat is amazingly located. Less than ten minute walk to Caledonian Road station (Piccadilly Line) where there is also a Tesco and Sainsbury's. We're also ten minute walk to Holloway Road where there are loads more shops, inc big Waitrose/Morrisons, Argos, Superdrug and New Look. The flat is walking distance to Highbury and Islington, Angel, Kings Cross and Camden! Couldn't be better placed for North London and you can also walking distance to Hampstead Heath (c.12 minute cycle to the ponds)!

About me, I’m a 28 y/o professional originally from Norfolk. I'm very sociable. I spend most of my free time outdoorsing either running, cycling or playing tennis or football. I enjoy going to the pub, grabbing coffee, and anything like a pub quiz or a good board game.

The previous tenant of the room is now moving in with his long term partner. We were good friends and I would like to be friends with whoever takes over. I am respectful and tidy, and would like the next tenant to be equally motivated to keeping the shared spaces clean and tidy.

We deal directly with the landlord who is great. Bills are roughly £200 a month (per person).
