Two bright, big studio-style rooms are available in a quiet and cozy house. The rooms are fully furnished and ideal for someone who enjoys a peaceful, tidy, and comfortable living environment.

One room is at first floor and face the garden and another room is at Ground floor and face a quiet street.

The room features:
• A comfortable single bed with bedside table and lamp
• Dining/work table with chairs
• Wardrobe and ample storage
• Large windows with plenty of natural light
• Neutral, warm décor that feels homely and relaxing

Kitchen & living setup:
• Fully equipped kitchen WITHIN the room (oven, hob, fridge/freezer, storage cupboards)
• Sharing bathroom with two girls

We prefer female tenants and are looking for girls who have good roommate manners and having a friendly, shared-home atmosphere
• No couples
• No pets (we do have friendly cats coming by)

This would suit a student or working professional who values a calm, safe, and warm home environment.
