We have a bright double bedroom available from the 2nd of March in a lovely, spacious five bed, Victorian terrace. Close to Highbury fields and Angel, sharing with 4 other people

(currently advertising a queen room in the same house)

Here's all you need to know:

The place
The house is generously sized, split over 5 levels and features:
- 2 bathrooms + a ground floor toilet – you'll share one of these with just one of us.
- Shared, light-filled lounge/dining room
- Well equipped kitchen with gas cooker, oven, dishwasher and 2 fridge/freezer
- Beautiful sized garden which has been well maintained by us

The room
Your room is a beautiful, quiet double room at the back of the house which looks over the garden. Get's lovely morning sun and comes fully furnished with a double bed, chest of drawers, shelving unit and wardrobe.

The location
- Great location, super accessible to both Highbury and Islington tube and Angel station.
- Short walk to Upper street and Angel precinct so shopping is a dream
- Super safe area, and the house is well insulated so keeps the busyness of London outside (and warm in the winter)

The people
You’ll be living with Maisie, Andy and Arti - a mix of Aussi's, Irish and Brits. As we're also looking to fill the queen room, there'll be another new person in the house. We all get along well and enjoy all the usual London things like pub nights, movie nights, London parks and travelling.

We're looking for someone who is friendly, sociable and is looking to be a part of a home. Ideally, someone friendly, considerate, respectful and clean and tidy

The specifics
*Rent is £857.40 pcm and payable direct to the real estate agents on the 1st of each month.
*Deposit of £899.99 will be placed into the renters deposit scheme via the landlady's estate agent
*Bills are excluded and usually come to around £80-130 pcm, depending on the season. This includes all; gas, water, electricity, council tax, wifi and a cleaner who comes once a fortnight
* You'll be expected to take over one of the bills managed by the exiting tenant
*Our real estate agent is pretty responsive when it comes to repairs and maintenance, and we'll be getting new carpets in the next couple of months
*Professional reference checks will need to be carried out and provided.
