Bright, Spacious Room in Islington Flat

Hi everyone! Our flatmate is moving out on the 20th Feb and we’re looking for a professional to join our home.

The flat is in an amazing N1 location, right on Caledonian Road – super convenient, well connected and a really safe area to live in. It’s a four bedroom flat with one shared bathroom, plus a large communal living and dining space that we all enjoy. We also share a large patio with our neighbours next door.

The room itself is bright and very spacious. It comes furnished with a bed and wardrobe and plenty of room for you to add your own touches to make it feel like home.

We’re a close knit household and genuinely see each other as a little family away from family, so we’re ideally looking for someone who’s up for the occasional chat or socialising rather than just needing a room. That said, we’re all respectful of personal space and value a good balance. Unfortunately, we’re unable to consider couples or students.

The rent is £920.84 per month, excluding bills. Bills are circa £120 per month, slightly lower in summer and a little higher in winter. You’d be joining our existing contract, replacing the current tenant with an initial six-month term that then becomes a rolling monthly contract. The deposit is £1,062.50. References are required with a £30 referencing fee payable directly to the landlord.
