Islington Home with Garden!

Hey everyone!

We have an opening in our home in Angel/ Islington! The room is available from 15th of March (flexibility to move in before). The flat has a living room, kitchen, one bathroom with toilet and one separated toilet. There is also a small garden that we love to enjoy in the summer. The bedroom comes unfurnished but our flatmate will be selling furniture if you are interested.

The house is close to Upper Street and its many shops, restaurants, gym studios and coffee shops. It’s ideally located between Angel and Highbury and Islington stations ( under 10min) and close to many bus stops.

We’re looking for a friendly, responsible, and tidy flatmate who can hopefully become a good friend… not just a place to sleep!

A bit about us:
Lilli (26) is originally from the US and Maud (27) is originally from France. Lilli works in Finance while Maud works in hospitality development.

We are looking for someone with a minimum of 3 days a week in the office.

During the week, we enjoy relaxed evenings cooking and watching Netflix. On weekends, we like going out for drinks or trying new restaurants. We also like to stay active, whether it’s running, playing tennis or checking out fun Pilates studios nearby.

The rent until 14th of March is £1115 and we expect a rent increase between 4% and 10% starting with the new tenancy agreement on 15th of March.

The agency won’t accept guarantor and upfront rent. You need to have a contract and earn a minimum of £40k.

Bills come to around to £200 per month depending on heating usage
