I’m looking for someone lovely to call my room home from March 31st - April 28th. You’ll be joining a house of 3 absolute gems in a cozy, girly environment!

The space:

Your room: Fully furnished and bright. I’ll be clearing out substantial space so you can properly move in for the month.
The perk: Since the room is the only one downstairs, you’ll essentially have the downstairs shower room all to yourself! 🛁
The house: We have a beautiful communal kitchen, a cozy living area, and a lovely garden/patio for enjoying the April sunshine.
The location (walk times):
We are in a 10/10 location with everything you need on the high street right nearby!
10 mins to Caledonian Road or Holloway Road stations 🚇
20 mins to Highbury & Islington
25 mins to Camden
35 mins to King’s Cross
The deets:
Price: £900 ALL bills included.
Terms: No deposit necessary! However, because it’s a short-term stay, the full rent must be paid upfront.

Our ideal roomie: We aren’t a party house - we’re looking for someone friendly, respectful, and very clean who will treat the space like their own.
