Beautiful fully furnished double room in a one-bed flat used as a studio-style home. This is a private room-only arrangement with no shared living room or full kitchen access.

There is an exclusive-use kitchenette in the hallway (just outside the room) with a microwave, kettle, toaster and crockery, creating a simple, self-contained setup.

£220 per week – all utilities included

All bills + household essentials included:

* Gas, electricity, water and council tax
* High-speed WiFi
* Fortnightly professional cleaner
* Household essentials (toilet roll, hand soap, cleaning products, kitchen roll etc.)

Designed for easy, low-maintenance living with everything set up for you.

The room is fully furnished and includes:

* Super comfortable double bed (great mattress)
* TV
* Dressing table
* Ample storage space
* Bedding and towels provided

I can also provide a mini fridge if needed.

I’m a 34-year-old professional working in education, relaxed and social. I enjoy gigs, galleries, festivals, cosy nights in and the occasional midweek pint.

I have a very friendly cat called Wu 🐱 so cat lovers are preferred.
