Short-Term Lease Takeover (May–July) – Double Room with Private Bathroom
Looking for someone to take over my lease from May until July (earlier move-in may be possible). The new tenant will need to pass referencing with the letting agency.
You’ll be sharing with one other female, who will also be leaving when the lease ends in July. This means there is an option for two people to take over and renew the full lease from July.
Double room with own private bath room. The apartment is spacious , with many large windows good light and overlooks a park. It has a very large terrace . The house is fully furnished. 11 mins away from old street station and 15 mins away from upper street. There is a canal 5 mins away.

Bills are around 150 per person and include council, internet, water, heating and electricity.
