Double bedroom for flat share

One double bedroom available for flat share Seeking a friendly respectable female. I stay with my partner most days of the week so the flat is unoccupied a lot of the time. Im on the second floor of a block of flats with no lift. Gas and electric are pre payment metres and not included in the bills, the water and broadband tv licence are included. Parking would be an extra £12 per week if required please ask. Bus stops right outside my flat with links to pretty much everywhere. 5/10 minutes walk to Canonbury train station.
