I stay with my partner most days of the week so the flat is unoccupied a lot of the time. Im on the second floor of a block of flats with no lift. Gas and electric are pre payment metres and not included in the bills, the water, broadband, tv licence and council tax are included. Parking would be an extra £12 per week if required please ask. Bus stops right outside my flat with links to pretty much everywhere. 5/10 minutes walk to Canonbury train station. The room has a bed, a chest of draws and a wardrobe. The kitchen and bathrooms are going to be updated and new ones put in very soon. I have a roof patio which is perfect for bbqs on a nice hot day. Any questions please email or text me.
