Bright single room for rent in friendly flatshare

Hello everyone,

I am subletting my lovely room for the months of July and August till September 18th as I am leaving London. Possibility to renew contract past September with landlord. The room comes furnished and the flat includes a bathroom and separate toilet, a large living room with sofas and dining table, a kitchen with many amenities as well as an entryway for coats and shoes. There is also a large garden at the back and a small terrace at the entrance.

The flat share is made of three friendly flatmates, one male German student in Economics, one female Chinese student in History of Art and Arabic and one female Taiwanese student in Architecture.

We keep a tidy and nice flat so I am looking for a replacement that would help in keeping the place enjoyable for everyone. We are very welcoming and often hangout in the living room in the evening to watch a movie or go out for a drink together.

Flat has great transport links, located 15 min walk from King's Cross and 5 min walk from Caledonian Road and Barnsbury Station.

Bills are not included.

Rent is £943 per month.
