Looking for someone to take over my lease as I’ll be moving back home to Sydney (dates are flexible). The lease ends in September but flatmates likely to renew.
You'll be living with 2 flatmates, Harry and Dara (working professionals). Both are extremely friendly and clean, always down for a chat / drinks at the pub / movie nights etc.
The room is a large double, with a full work-from-home set up (up for grabs). You'll be sharing the bathroom with 1 other person.
House is completely furnished with a TV, couches, kitchen appliances, bbq etc.
