Looking for a tenant to take over my room in a bright and spacious 2-bedroom flat in Islington.

You’ll be living with one male (25), who is friendly, respectful, and easy to live with.
The flat is well-sized and comes fully equipped, including a washer-dryer. The room itself is spacious with plenty of natural light, making it a really comfortable place to live.

The flat is in a great spot in Islington, around a 15-minute walk from Highbury & Islington station, with excellent transport links. The area is full of great pubs, cafés, and restaurants, so there’s always plenty to do nearby.

Rent: £1,150 per month
Bills: approx. £169 per month (not included in rent)

Available from late April (flexible)
