Beautiful Ensuite Double Bedroom in Highbury

Hi folks, we were so lucky to find this flat. The landlord is the only person to have lived in it before it was rented to us, so it is done out very nicely. Not your standard flatshare property!
The flat is on a quiet leafy street near Arsenal Stadium, so the area can be busy on match days but the rest of the time it is peaceful, with great cafes and Highbury fields only a 5 minute walk away. Holloway Road station and Drayton Park station are a short walk away, and there’s even a little trail and nature reserve nearby.
We have a large open plan living room and kitchen with a seriously comfy corner sofa. There are stairs leading down to a small shady garden that we share with our lovely downstairs neighbors.
The room itself takes up a whole side of the house and has a full wall of built in wardrobes, two large windows looking over the street and an ensuite shower room. The room comes fully furnished.
Our third housemate is going on a course for three months and looking for someone to stay in the room during her absence. We are flexible on dates.
Samantha and I will be the remaining tenants, in usual flatshare style we have our own lives but love a glass of wine and a bad movie together. We weathered the lockdown together, so we must be easy to get on with!
