Shared lounge

Very quiet, calm and clean home. Not a party house at all.

Bills are shared between the 3 tenants. Total is around £140 per person per month, including Council Tax, gas/electricity, water and Wi‑Fi.

Viewings: Available on request. Preferably Saturday and Sunday from 11am.
